PLEASE if you have any ideas of where to buy the hair stuff, or anything I am unsure about, PLEASE POST!!!!

Temporary brown hair dye can be found at any drugstore, but be warned brown hair dye is very hard to get out, especially if your hair is lighter then the brown you are dying it. You might be better off leaving your hair as it is, or spraying it with a color hairspray instead. You dont wanna ruin your hair over a costume. Have you tried looking at Walmart, Target, Kmart, or a thrift store? If you cant find those exact things, you improvise. You definitely have enough of the official HP stuff that youre going to be passable as Hermione anyway, so dont worry so much about it :)
