LAKE ELMO - It would be understandable if you thought Lake Elmo council members had gone home when the cameras turned off and the City Hall lights went out after Tuesday's meeting. But had you made the brisk walk over to the Lake Elmo Inn, you would have seen council members and city staff relaxing amiably in the restaurant.
